If you play live poker in France, you already know how the year ends: in Paris, a week before Christmas, at the France Poker Open. The 2026 season finale is locked in for December 14 to 21, and it will close out the tenth season of the tour run by PMU Poker and Texapoker.
Here’s everything we know so far, what the schedule is likely to look like, and how to grab a seat without paying the full buy-in.
The key facts
| Detail | |

Where Paris fits in the 2026 season
This year the tour grew to six stops, one more than in 2025, with Gujan-Mestras replacing Pornic. Paris is the last stop of the year, and the place where the season leaderboard gets settled.

| Aix-en-Provence | Pasino Grand | Mar 3–8 |
| La Grande Motte | Pasino | May 12–15 |

What the schedule will probably look like
The 2026 Paris line-up hasn’t been released yet. The format has barely changed over the last few years, though, so last December’s festival is a good guide to what’s coming.
| Event (Dec 2025 format) | Buy-in | Format |
| FPO 300 (opener) | €300 | 4 starting days, 40,000 chips, 20–40 min levels |
| Main Event | €600 | 6 starting days, 60,000 chips, levels of 45, 50, then 60 min |
| High Roller | €1,200 | Two-day event |
| Omaha | €300 | Pot-Limit Omaha |
| FPO Turbo | €300 | Several turbo events through the week |
| FPO Closer | €300 | Last event of the festival |
Based on the December 12–21, 2025 FPO Paris at Club Circus (Texapoker and Les clubs de jeux parisiens). The 2026 buy-ins, start times and guarantees may differ.
Expect the same rhythm as always: the FPO 300 opens the week, the Main Event flights fill the middle, and the High Roller and Closer wrap things up over the final weekend. The 2025 edition didn’t advertise prize-pool guarantees, so don’t be surprised if 2026 follows suit.
How to qualify for less
You don’t need €600 in your pocket to play the Main Event. PMU Poker runs online satellites all year, and last season’s structure looked like this:
• Qualifiers from €2 on PMU.fr
• €50 Super Satellites on Wednesdays
• €100 Super Satellites on Sundays at 9 p.m., with guaranteed packages
• Live satellites at the club during the festival, around €120 for a Main Event seat in past editions
A practical tip: book through Texapoker or buy your ticket online through Club Circus. Last year, a Texapoker reservation held your seat until the start, and an online Circus ticket held it until late registration closed. On busy Day 1s in Paris, that matters.
Why the final table is worth chasing
Making the Main Event final table comes with more than prize money. In 2025, finalists got “Crack” status on PMU Poker, which meant 25% online rakeback, an annual €250 live ticket and a monthly €5,000 freeroll ticket.
There’s also the season leaderboard. In 2025 it paid €15,000, and the top 16 players went on to an online final with another €15,000 added by PMU and Texapoker. With Paris as the last stop, it’s the final chance to move up the standings.
Plan your trip
• Address: Club Circus Paris, 37/39 Boulevard Murat, 75016 Paris
• Opening hours: listed as 1 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. daily in past FPO listings.
• Book early: the Paris field is traditionally one of the biggest on the tour, and organisers expected several days to sell out last year.
