The Top 10 WSOP Poker Players by Bracelets
1. Phil Hellmuth – 17 Bracelets
The “Poker Brat” is the undisputed bracelet king. His bracelets came between 1989 and 2023, starting with his 1989 Main Event win at age 24, when he became the youngest Main Event champion by beating two-time defending champion Johnny Chan. He was also the first player to reach 15 bracelets, doing it at the 2018 WSOP.
2. Phil Ivey – 11 Bracelets
Ivey won his 11th bracelet at the 2024 WSOP in the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship. Remarkably, all 11 of his wins came in non-Hold’em events, making him the record holder for non-Hold’em bracelets. He also holds the record for the most mixed-game bracelets, with five.
3. Erik Seidel – 10 Bracelets
Seidel won his tenth bracelet on December 9, 2023, in the $50,000 Super High Roller at WSOP Paradise in the Bahamas, taking $1,704,400. His bracelets span five different games, including Hold’em, Omaha and Deuce to Seven Draw.
4–5. Doyle Brunson and Johnny Chan – 10 Bracelets
Two legends of poker’s early era. Brunson, who died in 2023, and Chan both remain tied with Seidel on 10.
6–9. The Nine-Bracelet Club: Mizrachi, Deeb, Glaser and Moss
The 2026 WSOP reshaped the leaderboard. Going into the series, Deeb, Mizrachi and Glaser were the only three players with exactly eight career bracelets, and all three reached nine within a few days of each other:
- Benny Glaser won the $50,000 Poker Players Championship, beating 108 entries for $1,343,764.
- Michael Mizrachi won the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship three days later for $1,350,203, passing $30 million in lifetime tournament earnings.
- Shaun Deeb won the $1,500 8-Game Mix the next day, topping 766 entries for $181,625, after finishing runner-up in three other bracelet events in 2026.
They now share the nine-bracelet mark with the late Johnny Moss, one of poker’s founding legends.
10. Daniel Negreanu – 8 Bracelets
Negreanu won his eighth bracelet in the 2026 WSOP $100,000 PLO event. His bracelets span 1998 to 2026, including wins at WSOP Asia Pacific and WSOP Europe in 2013.

Three bracelets in a single WSOP is one of the rarest feats in poker, achieved by only a few wsop poker players, including Phil Hellmuth and Ted Forrest (1993), Phil Ivey (2002), Scott Seiver (2024) and Benny Glaser (2025). Glaser’s 2025 run made him the first player to win three mixed-game bracelets at a single WSOP.
Can Anyone Catch Phil Hellmuth?
Hellmuth’s 17 is still six clear of anyone else, but the nine-bracelet club of Mizrachi, Deeb and Glaser is the strongest group of challengers in years. All three are active, and Deeb has already shown how close he is: CardPlayer noted he could easily have reached double digits in 2026 after his three runner-up finishes. Mizrachi has also suggested he can overtake Hellmuth’s total.
Even so, at the pace of one or two bracelets a year, catching Hellmuth would take most challengers the better part of a decade.
