The Saturday €200 Superstack is the biggest buy-in of the week and the one to plan around. Reservations open on November 9, 2026 through the Texapoker website.
Week 2: TexaPoker Series, December 9–13
A second TexaPoker Series follows straight after, again with buy-ins from €100. The detailed schedule has not been posted yet, but expect the same format of nightly superstacks and a Sunday feature event. Check the Texapoker listing closer to the date.
The main event of the month: Grand Prix by Unibet, December 15–20
The Grand Prix by Unibet is a seven-stop live circuit run by Unibet with Texapoker. The 2026 tour visited La Tour de Salvagny (Lyon), Gujan-Mestras, Nice, La Grande Motte, Pornic and Paris, and Aix-en-Provence is the final stop (Unibet). That alone should draw a bigger field than a usual December week.
The headline event is Le Grand Prix, a €300 No-Limit Hold’em tournament with 50,000 starting chips and three Day 1 flights. Around it sit a dozen side events, from €100 Sprints to a €250 progressive knockout and a Pot-Limit Omaha event.

How to qualify online
Unibet runs €30 Super Satellites every Monday and Wednesday at 20:30, each awarding €300 Main Event tickets. Smaller daily satellites start from €1. Once you win a seat, the Unibet team contacts you to finish your registration. Unused tickets can go toward re-entries but cannot be cashed out. Direct reservations open on November 16, 2026.
Week 4: TexaPoker Series, December 26–30
The year ends with a post-Christmas TexaPoker Series built around a €250 Main Event. It is one of the last live tournaments in France before New Year, so it tends to suit players on holiday break. The full schedule is due on the Texapoker listing.
Why Pasino Grand is a serious poker venue
The Pasino Grand has become one of the busiest tournament rooms in France over the last two years. A few recent numbers:
• WSOP Circuit Aix-en-Provence, April 2026: the €1,500 Main Event drew 783 entries and a €1,014,768 prize pool. Matthieu Cartillier won €150,000 and the ring.
• Winamax Poker Tour Grande Finale, March 2026: the main event set a French record with 3,610 players and a €1.52 million prize pool. Sacha Cohen won €180,000, and local player Lucien Cervettaz finished second for €130,000 (Maritima).
• Unibet DeepStack Open, Jan 30 – Feb 8, 2026: the UDSO opened its 2026 season here with a €550 Main Event and a €1,100 High Roller (Card Player France).
In short, December’s events are smaller than those headline festivals, but you are playing in a room used to running thousands of entries.

Tips for playing Aix in December
1. Reserve early for the Grand Prix. As the circuit final, it will be the busiest week of the month. Late Day 1 flights often fill on the day.
2. Use the Monday and Wednesday satellites. A €30 satellite into a €300 Main Event is the cheapest way in.
3. Pick the Saturday €200 Superstack in Week 1 if you only have one evening. It has the most play for the money that week.
4. Bring cash for side events. Ask the desk whether cards are accepted before you queue.
5. Book accommodation now. December weekends in Aix fill up with Christmas market visitors.
Final word
December at the Pasino Grand gives you four weekends of live poker and a circuit final, all at buy-ins between €100 and €300. Pick your week, lock in your seat when reservations open in November, and finish 2026 at the tables in Provence. We will post results here as each series wraps up.
