Gamblers Bonus Explained: Nevada’s Local Video Poker Rewards Network

Last Updated on October 7, 2026 by Bala Kumar

If you live in Las Vegas, Henderson or Reno, you’ve probably seen the gold Gamblers Bonus logo on a bar-top video poker machine and wondered whether it’s worth typing in a login number before you play. Short answer: yes, it costs nothing. But the real value isn’t where most people expect.

This guide explains how the program works in 2026, who runs it, how the Gamblers Bonus rewards are calculated, and how to find Gamblers Bonus locations near you. I’ll also show you the maths behind the cashback, because that tells you exactly how to get the most from it.

What is Gamblers Bonus?

Gamblers Bonus is the oldest multi-location slot club in Nevada’s tavern scene. United Coin Machine Co. launched it in the mid-1990s, and the Las Vegas Sun covered it in 1998 as something new: a players club that recognised you at any participating bar, not just one casino.

That idea still defines it. You don’t carry a card. You type a login number and PIN into the machine’s keypad, and your points follow you from a pub on Tropicana to a convenience store in Henderson. The company calls it the first cardless player tracking system.

Ownership has changed hands a few times. United Coin became Century Gaming Technologies in 2014, and Accel Entertainment agreed to buy Century for $140 million in 2021. At that point Gamblers Bonus had a database of 127,000 customers and paid out more than $1.25 million a year in bonuses.

Gamblers Bonus locations in 2026

The network is bigger than it was a year ago. In December 2025, Accel’s Nevada subsidiary bought Dynasty Games’ route, adding about 20 locations and 123 machines. That took its Nevada footprint past 370 locations, with new spots in northern Nevada towns like Gardnerville, Fernley and Sun Valley. Accel said it plans to use the Gamblers Bonus loyalty program to drive play at the new sites.

You’ll typically find Gamblers Bonus locations in three kinds of places:

•     Neighbourhood bars and taverns, mostly with bar-top video poker (Nevada caps these “restricted” locations at 15 machines).

•     Convenience stores and gas stations, usually with a bank of slots near the door.

•     Small casinos and supermarkets, which make up a smaller share of the route.

To find the nearest one, use the Locations tab on gamblersbonus.com. Look for the Gamblers Bonus sign or keypad on the machine itself; not every bar in Nevada is on the network.

Gamblers Bonus player levels and rewards

There are four Gamblers Bonus player levels. Everyone starts at Bronze and moves up through a Club Level Meter based on play. Official figures as of October 2026:

LevelPoints on video pokerKeno / slotsDaily redemption limitEffective video poker cashback*
Bronze1 point per $12X points$250.10%
Silver+25% vs Bronze2.5X points$500.125%
Gold+50% vs Bronze3X points$1000.15%
Platinum2X Bronze4X points$1500.20%

*Our calculation: points redeem at $1 per 1,000 under the club rules, and you need at least 5,000 points before you can cash out.

What that means in real money

Say you play quarter video poker at 5 coins ($1.25 a hand) at a relaxed 600 hands an hour. That’s $750 an hour through the machine. As a Bronze member you earn 750 Gamblers Bonus points, worth 75 cents. To reach the 5,000-point minimum you’ll need about $5,000 of total play, roughly 6 to 7 hours.

That cashback is small, and it’s honest to say so. The program’s 2021 figures work out to an average of about $10 a year per member ($1.25 million spread over 127,000 customers). The real value sits in two places: the free bingo game and the promotions.

Four of a Kind Bingo: the real prize

Four of a Kind Bingo is the feature regular players care about. Every natural four of a kind you hit on video poker while logged on marks a square on your card. Fill the card and you can win up to $60,000, with no extra bet.

Recent winners listed on the official bingo page collected between $799 and $10,494. Video poker expert Bob Dancer described an earlier version in which you collected all 13 ranks of quads to win a prize that started at $50,000 and slid down the longer you took. The current site doesn’t publish its sliding scale, but the wide spread of recent wins suggests speed still matters.

Two practical tips from experience. First, always log on, even for a short session, because quads you hit while logged off are lost. Second, check which games qualify. The club rules exclude Spin Poker and some keno and slot titles from promotions.

How to sign up and log in

1.     Enroll free. Use the online form with a state ID or driver’s license, or ask any attendant at a Gamblers Bonus location to sign you up in person. This is the quickest Gamblers Bonus sign up route.

2.     Save your login. You’ll receive a GB login number and PIN. Keep them in your phone; there’s no card to fall back on.

3.     Log on before the first hand. Enter your number and PIN on the machine keypad. Points and bingo marks only count while you’re logged on.

4.     Check your account online. The Gamblers Bonus login on the website shows your points, level and web-only promotions.

5.     Redeem at the machine. Once you pass 5,000 points, convert them to cash or play credit, up to your daily limit.

How Gamblers Bonus compares

Gamblers Bonus isn’t the only Las Vegas tavern rewards option. Golden Entertainment’s True Rewards covers its own 69 pubs and taverns plus eight casinos, such as the PT’s brand. Here’s how the two models differ:

Where it worksIndependent bars, stores and small casinos on one routeOne company’s own taverns and casinosOne casino or group

The advantage of Gamblers Bonus is reach across independent bars. If your local is a family-owned tavern rather than a chain, it’s often the only local video poker rewards program available there.

Is Gamblers Bonus worth it?

Yes, because it’s free and the bingo prize gives you a shot at a real payout you’d otherwise miss. Just don’t play more to chase points: at 0.1% to 0.2% cashback, no amount of points turns a bad game into a good one. Pick the best-paying video poker pay table in the bar, log on, and treat the Gamblers Bonus rewards as a bonus on top.

Video poker should stay entertainment. Set a budget before you sit down, and if gambling stops being fun, help is available 24/7 through the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.
